R9A06G037GNP#AA0 is a high-performance narrowband Power Line Communication (PLC) Modem LSI developed by Renesas, specifically engineered for smart grid, smart metering, and industrial control applications. It integrates a powerful ARM Cortex-M3 core (138MHz) for MAC/upper-layer protocols and a high-performance DSP (276MHz) for PHY layer processing, delivering reliable and efficient communication performance.
Core Features: Equipped with 512KB RAM for Cortex-M3 and 128KB IRAM + 128KB DRAM for DSP, supporting G3-PLC (CENELEC/ARIB/FCC) and PRIME protocols. It integrates an AFE with 12-bit DAC, 11-bit ENOB ΔΣ ADC, and programmable gain/filters, along with hardware acceleration for AES-128 encryption, CRC engine, and dedicated Viterbi/Reed-Solomon instructions. The chip comes in a 64-pin HVQFN (9x9mm, 0.5mm pitch) package, with 3.3V power supply (built-in LDO 3.3V→1.1V) and operating temperature range of -40°C ~ +85°C.
