71M6533-IGTR/F is a high-integration, third-generation 3-phase energy metering SoC from Analog Devices/Maxim Integrated, designed for accurate power measurement in utility, industrial, and building automation applications. The device integrates a high-accuracy ADC, reference, temperature sensor, and non-volatile memory, enabling a complete single-chip energy metering solution.
Package Parameters: The component is supplied in a 100-LQFP (14x14mm) surface-mount package, lead-free and RoHS compliant, ensuring compatibility with standard industrial pick-and-place processes and high-volume manufacturing requirements.
Core Features: Boasts 0.1% maximum active energy accuracy over a wide dynamic range. Supports 3-phase measurement with integrated Single Converter Technology®, minimizing external components. Operating voltage ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V with low power consumption. The IC operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. It includes a real-time clock (RTC) and on-chip 128KB flash for data logging and configuration.
Typical Applications: Primarily used in smart electricity meters, multi-function energy meters, and industrial power meters. It is also well-suited for building automation systems, renewable energy monitoring equipment, and precision power management in industrial control systems (PLCs) and data loggers.
