MAX17504ATP+T is a high-efficiency, high-voltage synchronous rectified step-down converter developed by Analog Devices, integrated with dual MOSFETs for industrial and communication power applications. It operates reliably over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V, delivering up to 3.5A output current and an adjustable output voltage from 0.9V to 90% of the input voltage.
Core Features: Adopting peak current-mode architecture, it supports PWM, PFM, and DCM control modes for flexible efficiency optimization. Built-in compensation across the full output voltage range eliminates the need for external components, with ±1.1% feedback regulation accuracy from -40°C to +125°C. It features programmable soft-start, EN/UVLO pin, and open-drain RESET pin, along with over-current and over-temperature protection. The chip comes in a compact 20-pin TQFN (5mm x 5mm) package with exposed pad, suitable for surface mount assembly.
